Our story
Born from frustration with a fragmented process
In 2023, our founders tried to buy a property across the Czech-German border. Finding the listing was the easy part — what followed was a scattered mess of mortgage brokers, notaries, movers, and insurers who never talked to each other, six months of confusing paperwork, and no single place to see the whole picture.
They decided to build the platform they wished had existed: one where search, financing, purchase, moving, home management, and resale all live under a single roof. LivingSpot launched in 2024 with that A-Z promise, starting with a €1 listing fee and AI-powered discovery, and has been adding every service in between ever since.
Today we operate in 12 countries and support buyers and sellers across the full lifecycle of a home — not just the moment they click 'inquire'.
