What happens when my listing expires?
Your listing goes inactive but all data is preserved. You can renew from your dashboard for the same price or upgrade to a higher tier to get more exposure.
Can I upgrade mid-listing?
Yes. Upgrade from Basic to Standard or Featured at any time and only pay the difference. Your visibility window resets to the new plan's duration.
Do you charge commission when my property sells?
No. LivingSpot is a flat-fee marketplace. You keep 100% of your sale proceeds. We only charge the listing fee and any optional add-ons you purchase.
Can I cancel an agent subscription?
Yes, cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your listings stay active until the end of the billing period.
Are there refunds?
Listings are non-refundable once published, but if you haven't published yet you can get a full refund within 7 days. Agent subscriptions are prorated.
