Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to search for properties?
No. You can browse and search all listings without creating an account. An account is required to contact sellers, save favourites, and set up price alerts.
How does the €1 listing fee work?
Every property listing on LivingSpot costs a one-time fee of €1, which keeps the listing active for 30 days. You can renew or upgrade at any time from your dashboard.
What languages are supported?
The platform is available in English, Czech, German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Dutch. Property descriptions are automatically translated for buyers regardless of the original language.
Is LivingSpot available in my country?
We currently cover 12 European countries including Germany, Czech Republic, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Poland, Hungary, Portugal, and Slovakia.
How does the AI assistant work?
Each listing has a built-in AI chat assistant. It reads the full property details and answers buyer questions in their chosen language — even if the original listing was in a different language.
